Courses with other practitioners
Shape up for 2013 Exeter and Crediton
Starts January 2013- see below.
“See how easily you can have a healthy diet”
This course is a unique holistic approach to achieving a balanced body weight that you are happy with. I am working with two great colleagues Carol Lee and Bill Tucker.
The course is in 3 parts; part one is an introductory talk and ‘meet and greet’ when you will be given information to take away and begin the process. Part 2 is a day long course which includes dietary information and advice intertwined with a chance to resolve issues that affect our body weight and image. Part 3 is a chance to celebrate how far you have come and to plan forward.
Most importantly this is an experiential course where you have the chance to look at what you eat, explore what you think about food and consider a new way of achieving a healthy body weight and positive body image.
Carol Lee is a Nutritional Therapist and is passionate about how eating the right types of food can help us transform how we feel not just in our body but in our mind and emotions as well; she says that its nutrients not calories that count. More info about Carol
Bill Tucker’s speciality is in helping you find and release emotional traumas (both big and small). Bill helps his clients resolve the emotional issues and negative beliefs that are sabotaging their success. Could forgotten events from our past affect our behaviour around food? More info about Bill
The cost of this course is £90.
And you have the choice of either the course running in Crediton or the one in Exeter.
